Yoga and Dance Teacher
Anahí Paz is a first generation Los Angeles native who loves being outdoors, especially if there’s sunshine & water involved. From energetic flows to restorative movement, her classes strive to create a safe, welcoming space for the practitioner to achieve whatever they desire. Her flows are often inspired by her dance background and she loves encouraging students to approach class as playtime, stressing the importance of listening to their internal cues and making each class their own. As a trauma-informed instructor, she always tries to take her student’s well-being and how accessible the environment is into account.

Feel Good Flow
an exploratory practice catered to the individual. Want to work on something in particular or to just let go & move however your mind/body desires? This flow will be built according to your goals & if you’re not sure what that may be we’ll work on grounding & discovering what you need in that moment

Yin Yoga
a slow-paced practice that incorporates holding postures for extended periods of time in order to sink deeper into the pose. Great for someone seeking more flexibility in their practice

Restorative Yoga
a slow & supportive practice intended to soothe and nurture the nervous system. Oftentimes we use props to add ease & relaxation in postures & hang out for up to 10 minutes, focusing on not just the body but the mind as well. Whatever helps you feel safe & comfortable during this practice is welcome
